FOSSCOMM 2025 is a gathering of the Free and Open Source Software community, aiming to collaborate, share knowledge and foster technological innovation. To ensure a safe, enjoyable and productive environment for all participants, the following Code of Conduct has been established.

The Code aims to create an environment where all participants – regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion or any other identity – feel respected, safe and welcome. We expect everyone to behave with courtesy, professionalism and respect, to avoid any form of harassment or discriminatory behaviour and to contribute to a climate of inclusion and cooperation.

During FOSSCOMM, including during talks, workshops, social events, as well as any communication on digital media or platforms related to the conference, we expect full compliance with the Code of Conduct. If requested by a member of the organizing team to cease unwanted or disruptive behavior, participants must comply immediately.

Violations of the Code will be taken seriously by the organizing committee and, depending on their nature and severity, may lead to expulsion from the event or exclusion from future events.
